Browsing while orders are closed
This notice describes the public Naba website while online orders remain closed. The website does not collect payment or delivery details. You do not need to provide your name or email address to browse or save a bag.
Browsing and browser storage
Vercel hosts the website and receives your IP address and ordinary web-request information. Where available, the host provides an approximate country to choose an initial currency. We do not request GPS or precise device location.
Your bag stores product identifiers, sizes and quantities in your browser, together with your chosen currency. These use session storage and normally end when the tab closes. Browser session restoration can retain this information. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Contacting Naba
If you email info@nabacare.com, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer your enquiry. Please do not send card details, medical information or other sensitive information.
External services
Our hosting provider's notice is available at Vercel Privacy. Instagram is an external link and its operator processes information when you visit it under its own notice. The exchange-rate provider receives server requests for rates, without your bag details or browser IP address.
Your information and choices
You can clear your saved bag and currency by clearing site data in your browser. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact info@nabacare.com. Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have legal limits.
You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority. Retention periods for hosting logs and enquiries, the operator's full legal identity and postal contact, configured provider locations and applicable transfer safeguards still require confirmation. This notice will be completed before collecting customer information for online orders.
